📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the Shopify platform, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues.
• Provide technical support to the marketing and sales teams, assisting with any IT-related queries.
• Conduct regular network and system performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the company's IT systems are running efficiently and securely.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the company's IT infrastructure.
• Provide training and support to new team members on IT-related topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT website and network support.
• Proficient in using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with network security tools and techniques, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
