📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems, to ensure high availability and performance.
• Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Implement and manage IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls, to protect our systems and data.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems align with business objectives and support new projects.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 IT support and ensure minimal downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure support roles.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Proficient in using Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with network protocols, firewalls, and load balancers is a must.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
