🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or similar roles.
• Certification in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management - CPRCM).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, coding standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT), and billing guidelines.
• Proficiency in revenue cycle management software (e.g., Eclipsys, Meditech, or similar).
