📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms, including social media, forums, and websites.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Identify and report inappropriate content, such as spam, hate speech, and harassment.
• Educate users on community standards and best practices for online behavior.
• Collaborate with the content team to improve content quality and user experience.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing moderation tools and processes.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to stay updated with industry best practices.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media, and online communities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying inappropriate content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and software, such as ModerationHub, Sightline, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
