📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Create and maintain menus that reflect the restaurant's theme and customer preferences.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Manage kitchen inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and food handling practices.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Experience with POS systems and kitchen management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.
• Possession of a relevant culinary certification is a plus.
