HR Intern - Global Talent Development & Learning Initiatives

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support various initiatives, including talent development programs, organizational learning, and employee engagement activities. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates who are passionate about HR and eager to build a career in a fast-growing industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of talent development programs, including training and development initiatives.
• Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating organizational learning activities, such as workshops and seminars.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in human resources and talent development.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in managing employee engagement surveys and initiatives.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and document management.
• Contribute to the development of HR metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, talent development, or a related field (preferably internship experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software, such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
