As a General Affairs Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. You will work closely with our team of therapists and staff to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily operations at our wellness centers.
• Coordinate with therapists, staff, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment rooms and common areas.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Assist in scheduling and managing the workload of therapists and staff.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or wellness industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of basic massage techniques and wellness practices is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with using office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
