📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Formulate and manage budgets for community development projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and community meetings to engage and empower local residents.
• Advocate for policies that promote sustainable growth and social harmony.
• Collaborate with other government departments to integrate community development initiatives into broader provincial development plans.
• Represent the agency in national and international forums to share best practices and lessons learned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in rural development, community empowerment, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering community development projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Familiarity with government policies and procedures, including those related to rural development and community welfare.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
