📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Handle any warehouse-related complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in inventory audits and quality control processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
