Pusat Fitri Digital is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for clear, concise, and accurate communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical content.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Provide support to customers and users through documentation and other resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
