📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Prepare and submit progress reports, variation orders, and final accounts to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in Bali.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.,Familiarity with construction software and tools.,Valid professional certification (e.g., RICS, CQS, or equivalent) is a plus.
