FKS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Sragen, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining complex systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new mechanical and electrical systems.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of mechanical and electrical systems.,Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and coordination of mechanical and electrical systems.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior maintenance personnel.,Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a strong focus on industrial or manufacturing environments.,Certifications in mechanical and electrical systems, such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar, is a plus.,Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for maintenance management and data analysis.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
