📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop junior kitchen staff.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food products.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work as part of a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.,Willingness to undergo a background check.
