📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccinations and other immunizations.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
