📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.,Monitor and maintain network equipment and systems.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
