📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the performance and security of our IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience with IT support tools and software.Knowledge of IT security best practices.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
