Accor Lestari is looking for a Quality Control professional to join our team in Pasuruan. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for quality control. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Identify and document quality issues and discrepancies.,Work with production and other departments to implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.,Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to management.,Monitor and analyze quality metrics and trends.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and certifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
