📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and communication,Manage and mentor operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve optimal performance,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide reports to senior management,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role,Strong understanding of operational processes and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools
