PT Cemerlang Restu is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for HR metrics and KPIs.,Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.
