📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for use.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are properly trained and qualified for their roles.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, working with mechanics and service providers as needed.,Monitor fuel usage and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet, working with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders as needed.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of the fleet and any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, logistics, or transportation management.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
