As a Bakery & Cake Production Staff, you'll be at the heart of our operations, preparing and baking a variety of products daily. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, cakes, and pastries using industrial equipment such as dough sheeters, mixers, and industrial ovens.
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the production area.
• Manage inventory and restocking of ingredients to ensure smooth production.
• Assist in maintaining and calibrating baking equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in bakery or cake production, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, including bread making, cake decorating, and pastry production.
• Familiarity with industrial baking equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in baking or culinary arts a plus.
