📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Teller in managing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a professional environment.,Follow bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Handle cash and document transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.,Assist in opening and closing the teller station, including reconciling cash and documents.,Provide feedback to the Teller on customer interactions and service quality.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking environment is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of banking products and services.,Proficiency in using basic computer applications and banking software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
