📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our part inventory and service centers, ensuring that we have the right parts and equipment available to our customers.
• Work closely with our team of experts to maintain and optimize our inventory management system, using tools such as SAP and Oracle.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our service centers.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels, sales, and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure that our service centers are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide training and support to our team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Work with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our customers and partners.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the retail and service industry, and apply this knowledge to our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software, such as SAP and Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is a must.
• Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
