📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee the preparation of food items, ensuring quality and consistency.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.,Participate in quality control processes to maintain high standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisines is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
