📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.,Manage and maintain work schedules, ensuring optimal productivity.,Handle employee relations and address any concerns or conflicts.,Report to management on team performance and operational status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with operational and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of improving team performance.,Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in the palm oil industry is a plus.
