📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet high standards of quality and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of high-quality ingredients.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,A degree in hospitality management, food and beverage management, or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in managing a team and motivating staff to achieve high levels of performance.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and food and beverage costs.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Experience in training and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Experience in monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
