PT. NTFC TRADING INDONESIA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our international market expansion efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a strong understanding of international markets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Negotiate contracts and deals with potential clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in international markets.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.,Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
