📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist pastry chefs in preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Help in baking a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and breads, using traditional and modern techniques.
• Decorate pastries with precision and creativity, ensuring they meet our high standards of presentation.
• Package pastries neatly and efficiently for delivery or display.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking ingredients.
• Learn and apply food safety and hygiene practices to ensure a safe and healthy workspace.
• Support the pastry team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a pastry or baking environment, preferably in a professional kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and packaging.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and delicious pastries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as ovens, mixers, and decorating tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and work in a standing position for extended periods.
