📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to plan and execute transportation schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff members in logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics management, particularly in the mining or energy sector.
• Proficiency in logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, inventory control, and warehouse management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
