In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop curriculum to address those needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and engage employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
