As a Lead Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, managing the cash register, and leading a team of baristas. If you have a strong passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to lead a team, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Manage the cash register and handle all financial transactions accurately.,Lead and train a team of baristas to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Promote and upsell products to increase sales and revenue.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Proven ability to lead and train a team of baristas.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Excellent customer service and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
