📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design appropriate training programs.,Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Maintain and update learning and development materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.,Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.,Provide mentorship and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.,Strong understanding of educational methodologies and training design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
