ORBIT Group is looking for a talented Deputy Bartender to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Bartender in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about mixology and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Bartender in creating and maintaining cocktail menus.,Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.,Ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked at all times.,Train and mentor new staff members.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Participate in inventory management and ordering.,Assist in special events and promotions.,Maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender or similar role.,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.,Excellent customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.
