Sumber Elsa Tea is looking for a dedicated Butler to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures,Provide room service and ensure guest comfort,Maintain the cleanliness and order of the guest rooms,Assist with the preparation and service of meals and beverages,Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally,Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel facilities,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion,Assist with the organization and coordination of events and activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Butler or similar role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong sense of hospitality and customer service,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Valid driver's license and ability to drive in Bali,Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
