NOKIA Sentosa is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista/Cashier to join our team. This is an immediate opening for a full-time position. As a Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, as well as handling cash transactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages to customers.,Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and supplies.,Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.,Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Cashier, preferably in a coffee shop or fast-food environment.,Familiarity with coffee preparation methods and equipment.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
