📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the aquaculture farms, including monitoring water quality, feeding schedules, and disease prevention.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Manage and maintain farm equipment, including pumps, filters, and aeration systems.
• Develop and implement efficient farming practices to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of farm infrastructure.
• Work closely with the team of biologists, engineers, and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and report on farm performance metrics, such as growth rates, feed conversion ratios, and mortality rates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aquaculture farm management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing aquaculture operations.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Proficiency in using aquaculture software, such as AquaCulture Pro or similar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
