📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Prepare and review budgets and forecasts.,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Provide support to the management team in financial planning and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
